Establish communication first, answer all questions, set up a meet & greet (if possible), Get all information to send DJ Alex Package! With all attachments! Check to see if they have any additional answers! Follow-up with phone calls/emails & text to make sure client is happy! Set up a phone conference the week b4 to go over all selected music, ceremonies & all to accomplish for the party to be successful & event & then arrive at event 2 to 1 1/2hrs early!
